Cathryn Helen Wigglesworth MBE (born 7 January 1951), better known as Helen Worth, is an English actress. She is known for playing Gail Platt in the long-running ITV soap opera Coronation Street, a role that she has played continuously since July 1974. For her 40 years on the show she received an Outstanding Achievement in the 2014 British Soap Awards.
